The Lifestyle Maintenance Program focuses on making people aware of their health needs and motivates them to follow a structured plan which will improve their health and encourage healthy habits to become a part of their lifestyle.
The program incorporates anti-aging diets and with a focus is on improving one’s clinical fitness.
To promote long term success, the program stresses on internal motivation, behavioral modification, goal setting, problem solving, self monitoring, support groups and relapse prevention.
Lifestyle disease programs are specific customized programs for control of diabetes , high blood pressure or PCOS as the case may be . These are 6 weeks programs which uses the 7 pillars of lifestyle medicine to modify health behavior patterns .
Each program consists of specialist medical consultations, lifestyle screening , nutrition & diet advice , exercise , yoga & Zumba , daily followup , weekly counseling . We work with the individual to help them achieve their health goals . This 45 days program allows the individual to develop neural pathways which enable them to adhere to their healthier lifestyle.
